Many young people dream of working on big machines one day. For Justin Andrews, this dream has become reality.

To give our new colleagues a good and, above all, healthy start, we have created the Healthy Training Day.

The recently launched “Young TUI” initiative is a joint effort by TUI in Belgium and the Netherlands for all colleagues up to the age of 36. Various events are organised on a monthly basis to increase the engagement of young talents.

On 1 August, a new phase of life began for 22 apprentices, around 80 new trainees and eleven dual students of the TUI companies across Germany.

After a break of two years due to Corona, 17 trainees as well as students from TUI in Germany, set off on a trip to Crete at the beginning of June.
