The TUI Global Hotel Awards is an annual award ceremony where TUI Group, on behalf of its 20 million guests, recognise and celebrate the hotels in its portfolio which have delivered outstanding service and quality.
The winners are selected through careful evaluation of feedback provided by TUI hotel guests. Their opinions determine the honourees exclusively, the TUI Global Hotel Awards aims to reflect the satisfaction and acknowledgment of our guests who have directly experienced the service and quality delivered at each hotel.

After returning from a TUI holiday, our guests have the option of providing feedback on every part of their holiday, including their hotel experience. These Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires (CSQs) are what the winners of the TUI Global Hotel Awards are based on. In order to be included in the selection process and eligible for an award, each hotel must attain a minimum accommodation score that is within the top 10% of TUI's global program to be evaluated. The best performing hotels will then be considered for an award.
All eligible hotels should either be certified to a GSTC-recognised standard, e.g. Travelife, or have committed to being certified by October 2024.
