Elite Club by RIU lands in Aruba

  • The Riu Palace Antillas has become the chain’s eighth hotel to offer this innovative concept to guests who opt for a premium service with many exclusive advantages

RIU Hotels & Resorts has taken one of its star products — Elite Club by RIU — to yet another destination. For the first time in the country, since October guests of the hotel Riu Palace Antillas have been able to enjoy the wide range of advantages and benefits offered by this premium service. The hotel’s facilities now include unique spaces where Elite Club guests can find a personalised and intimate experience.

Sixty-six of the 482 rooms at the 5-star Riu Palace Antillas are reserved for Elite Club guests to ensure they enjoy the best views. Other benefits include personalised check-in and late check-out, welcome gifts, premium drinks and aromatherapy in the room. Guests also have a private pool area and a bar near reception that serves a premium drinks menu. Elite Club guests can also choose breakfast options from the menu in the “Atlantis” restaurant, as well as à la cartedinners in the new "Elite Club" restaurant.

The hotel’s rooms were fully refurbished in 2021 and Elite Club’s arrival at the hotel Riu Palace Antillas completes and updates the range of services on offer in this destination, where the chain has a total of 932 rooms with its other 5-star hotel, the Riu Palace Aruba.

The Elite Club was launched in 2022 with the opening of the Riu Palace Kukulkan in Cancun, Mexico. Following its great success, it is now on offer in eight different hotels: the Riu Palace Pacifico and the Riu Palace Baja California in Mexico; the Riu Palace Macao and the Riu Palace Bavaro in the Dominican Republic; the Riu Palace Jamaica in Montego Bay, Jamaica; and more recently the Riu Palace Mauritius in Mauritius, Africa.
