Florian Lenser has been a member of TUI’s Group Executive Committee since 1 June 2023 and assumes responsibility for the Group's Legal and Compliance divisions and the Board Office.

He started his career at TUI AG in July 2017. Since March 2018, he has served as Director Board Office, being responsible for the meetings of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and its committees, which also include legal support for the executive bodies and governance issues. The area of responsibility also included the organisation of the Company’s General Meetings. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Florian Lenser provided legal support on a number of special projects.

Before joining TUI, Florian Lenser worked for the Conergy Group in Hamburg from 2007 to 2016. He held various positions in the Group's legal department and was responsible for the Group's global legal affairs as Vice President Corporate Legal from 2014 onwards. He focussed on advising on corporate and capital market law as well as restructuring issues.

Florian began his career as an attorney at law with Lauprecht Rechtsanwälte und Notare in Kiel from September 2006 to October 2007, advising mainly on commercial, corporate and insurance law.

Florian Lenser studied legal studies at Christian Albrechts Universität in Kiel, Germany.
