We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace by attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent from all backgrounds.

  • By 2030, we aim for TUI to be recognised as an employer of choice for inclusion, achieving an 85%+ score on TUIgether+
  • By December 2024, we will establish a baseline measurement of underrepresented colleagues to track progress
  • By 2025, all employees will have access to comprehensive inclusion training, ensuring a culture of belonging for everyone.
Inclusive leadership

We are committed to creating a workplace where leadership is built on trust, and every employee feels valued, included, and empowered to contribute their best.

  • Increase female representation in management to 45% by 2026
  • Define a baseline measurement of leadership diversity by December 2024 to track progress
  • Achieve 100% transparency on the gender pay gap by 2026, ensuring fairness and accountability.
Community

We strive to authentically represent the diverse communities we serve through our messaging, offerings, collaborations, and investments.

  • Attain at least five DEI accreditations or certifications and earn external award nominations by 2026
  • Establish TUI as a recognised organisation for inclusion in the Diversity Index by 2030.
