Which are the activities the club brand TUI Magic Life is known for?
The TUI Magic Life brand is known for its all-inclusive concept but also for its broad choice of activities like water sports, biking & cycling, tennis, fitness & wellness as well archery.
What kind of entertainment will guests experience in summer 2020 – what changes have been made?
Our guests can experience a full range of entertainment activities. Only small changes have been made according to our extensive hygiene measures. That means for example beach volleyball is only offered with a maximum of three players per team. Another example could be canoe rental and catamarans: We can only give one canoe or one catamaran to one guest – unless the guests are traveling together. Therefore, for families, couples or friends traveling together, no restrictions will be noticed and they can enjoy these activities together as usual.
Football and water polo matches are not offered, as we cannot ensure the social distance and our guests health and safety is our highest priority. But fitness classes – except for dance classes – do take place as usual and we ensure to offer enough space for the guests. Water sports and biking is also an option to explore the surroundings in an active way. In general, the TUI Magic Life App is great tool for our guests and can be used for activities that require a registration, like fitness classes, archery and tennis. Other activities can be enjoyed just by joining and keeping the distance.
Also in 2020, we offer the guests our popular shows. The only difference is that social distance needs to be kept in the theatre. This is indicated by means of stickers on seats. In addition, we offer a variety of different outdoor evening activities. We have developed special concepts like a 3D cinema moonlight activity or beach evenings that allow our guest to enjoy the evening also in times of coronavirus.
Which excursions or activities can you recommend in the surroundings of TUI Magic Life Calabria?
One of the most interesting things is a tour to the islands of Panarea and Stromboli by night. The volcano is still active. Other excursions will take you to the scenic cities of Tropea and Pizzo or to Capo Vaticano which is a cape with a wide view to the Strait of Messina and the Aeolian Islands.
