Mike Schwanke is leaving Robinson Club GmbH

Mike Schwanke, Managing Director at Robinson Club GmbH, has decided to leave the company to take on new professional challenges. Until a successor is appointed, Bernd Mäser, joint Managing Director at Robinson Club GmbH, will additionally assume Mike Schwanke’s responsibilities with immediate effect. During the transition period, Marketing & Sales will report to Tobias Neumann on an interim basis. The 44-year-old has been Director Distribution at TUI Hotels & Resorts since the beginning of March and has many years of experience in tour operation. In that role, he heads the new unit in charge of distribution for the three brands Robinson, TUI Blue and TUI Magic Life.

Mike Schwanke studied business administration at Hanover University of Applied Sciences. The business graduate subsequently held various management functions in marketing, corporate communications and brand management at mobile telecommunications provider Telefónica. Mike Schwanke joined TUI Cruises in 2012, initially as Director Marketing. He was subsequently appointed as Director Sales for the cruise company. In 2017, he moved to Robinson Club GmbH as Managing Director. In that role, the 46-year-old was in charge of Marketing & Sales as well as Operations at the German market leader for premium club holidays.
