05 December: Makers of Happy

Giving joy - this is what TUI and the Holiday season is all about. This is exactly what our colleague   Holly Wood, Customer Experience Manager at TUI UK & I, has just done. Little Elliott lost his favourite cuddly lamb on the flight home to London. Unfortunately, it could not be found again, but instead Holly came up with something very special. She sent Elliot a new lamb with a little greeting from the lost "Lamby", who now "officially" works for TUI and has already supported colleagues in the Maldives, Mexico and even Lapland.
