Couples, singles, families – with TUI Sensimar, TUI Family Life, TUI Sensatori, Best Family, SuneoClub, Holiday Villages and Blue Star, TUI offers a broad range of hotel concepts each tailored to a specific target group. As the portfolio has steadily grown to around 300 concept hotels, so has the number of entertainers working in these exclusive hotels. During this year’s summer season, they totalled more than 1,700. They are in particular expected to deliver passion and professionalism – combined with fun. “In the international concepts with guests from Germany, the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands or Scandinavia, it is also important to be comfortable to handle cultural differences,” says Marion Glasmeyer, Senior Manager Concept Training & Governance for TUI’s concept hotel brands. “You will learn this on the ground from experienced colleagues. It is a great experience that will also benefit you in future.” According to her, the overall hallmarks of working abroad for TUI are security, appreciation, uniqueness, trust, great colleagues and further training opportunities.
