TUI AG announces Rainald Thannisch as new member of the Supervisory Board

The Hanover Local Court has informed TUI AG on 16 January that it appointed Mr. Rainald Thannisch (52) as a new member of the Supervisory Board. As an employee representative, he has taken office on January 6, 2025. Rainald Thannisch succeeds Peter Bremme, who stepped down from the Supervisory Board after 10 years as part of his retirement plans. Rainald Thannisch has been leading the area of Co-determination at ver.di since August 2023.
