TUI Group’s club resort brands to be led by management duo: Thomas Meyer joins the management of Robinson Club GmbH

From 1 November 2023, the management team of Robinson Club GmbH will be complete again: Thomas Meyer will take over the vacant position and jointly manage the two club resort brands Robinson and TUI Magic Life with Managing Director Bernd Mäser. The popular brands of TUI Hotels & Resorts are set to grow further and expand their leading market position in the future.

He knows the industry from different perspectives and has been familiar with TUI for many years," says Erik Friemuth, Managing Director TUI Hotels & Resorts. "With his excellent network in the travel and leisure industry, he will support the growth path of TUI Hotels & Resorts and attract further generations of club holidaymakers to our brands." Within the management of Robinson Club GmbH, he will be, amongst others, in charge of Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Operations. Bernd Mäser, management spokesman, is responsible for Finance, IT, Technology, Purchasing, Development and HR.

Thomas Meyer held leading positions at TUI Deutschland (2001-2005 Head of Yield Management & Pricing), at travel companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Thomas Cook, l'tur and most recently international assignments in the Emirates Group and as board member at consulting firm Involatus. For more than two decades, he has launched and led businesses for leading companies and contributed to significant growth. In his position, Thomas Meyer succeeds Tobias Neumann, who had left TUI Group at the beginning of the year.
